I'm Kaily Gan — a Malaysia-based filmmaker and photographer. I work with cafés, restaurants, hotels and lifestyle brands to turn the way a space actually feels into film, photography and short-form reels.

My role
What I actually do on your project
I take on the creative direction, filming and editing myself. No account managers between us — you talk to the person holding the camera. I lean towards natural light, unhurried pacing and food that looks the way it tastes.
How we work together
From brief to final cut
Every project starts with a short conversation about the brand, the space and the feeling you want to carry. From there I write a brief treatment, scout and plan the shoot, direct the day with a small focused crew, and handle the edit, grade and delivery personally. One revision round is included; additional work is quoted openly before anything begins.
